A mental health crisis can and will likely be experienced by any of us, anytime.

We all experience situations that may be extremely difficult and overwhelming. Sometimes, we just want to push them away--out of our minds, but it still shows up somewhere in our thoughts, feelings, bodies, and relationships in unhealthy ways.

We may need support, but don’t know where to go, who to trust, and/or what to do.
