The All Hands on Deck program works to ensure that all clients have an identified Primary Care Physician (PCP). If you do not have one, we will assist you with getting a primary care doctor.
Together, we partner with Lawndale Christian Health Center to provide mental health services for people throughout the Chicagoland and Cook County area.
I AM ABLE's “All Hands on Deck” wellness program works in collaboration with Lawndale Christian Health Center.
Together, we make the necessary improvements that address health disparities within Chicagoland Communities.
Our mission is to assist individuals and families from different populations in the reception of both mental and physical healthcare support services that contribute to their well-being, while doing God’s Work.
