WELLNESS H.E.A.L.S.' Crisis Care Program at I AM ABLE invites you to join us for a unique RESOURCE EVENT: THE ROAD TO WELLNESS ON ROOSEVELT. Our first event May 2023 was a huge success, and we are excited for this year's event.
The vision is for community organizations to set up resource tables along Roosevelt Road. The central location is at Roosevelt and Homan, spanning a two-block radius (east and west). The goal is to meet the community where they are!
LET'S COLLABORATE WITH AND COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER to connect with the community and share our diverse, rich resources to support the community's ROAD TO WELLNESS.
Your community organization will be provided with one 6ft rectangular table and two folding chairs.
If there is inclement weather (e.g. rain and thunderstorms), then we may postpone the event until Friday, June 7, 2024 11am-2pm). This alternate date/time will be confirmed.
