This Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 7th, from 8am-5pm at Sinai Community Institute, 2653 W. Ogden.  Early Bird registration fee of $5.00 before May 31st.  After 5/31/11, the registration fee will be $10.00.  CEU's will be provided to Social Workers upon request.
